Dr. Ambe is a skilled facilitator, educator, and leader. She understands relationships and how human function in the workplace. She is a wonderful presenter and has been an asset every time I have worked with her.

Ambe is a natural coach and mentor. She cares deeply about her clients, enough that she holds them accountable to achieve their goals. She challenges, supports, cajoles, comforts, and lifts up.

What sets Dr. Ambe apart is the authenticity and energy she brings to her work. Whether she is in a boardroom, classroom, or on a conference stage, she creates a space where people feel seen, challenged, and encouraged to grow.

Ambe’ was the most engaged and knowledgeable instructor that I studied under during my college career. I greatly enjoyed and benefited from her experiences, expertise, and knowledge in the Human Resources field.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Ambe’, and came to know her as a truly valuable asset to my growth in human resources. She is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, she has an impressive knowledge of the human resource field and is always willing to give advice.

I was blessed to be placed under the guidance of a great leader, Dr. Ambe’. Dr. Ambe’ was my instructor at Bellevue University and her straightforward “let’s get to it” demeanor was all I needed to see as a young African American woman to push towards her exact level of greatness.

Ambe is a caring dean. She would do above and beyond to help students, listening to students’ opinions and concerns; planning different courses to meet students’ needs; being involved with DEI committee and inspiring students and others. At the same time, she cares about our coworkers. She would spend time getting to know each faculty member, hearing our needs and concerns, making our teaching experience pleasant and efficient. She is a great communicator, delivering messages in a positive way.

Ambe has been a beacon of light for students, staff, and faculty. During her time at IW, she has held multiple leadership roles, supported and advocated for hundreds of students, and created new and lasting relationships and programs centered on student’s holistic learning. She is caring for all, ready to challenge the status quo, and committed to student success..
